Shipping
We ship most items sold through our website at the rate of $8.50 per order.
***Due to their unique size and/or shape our Personalized Growth Charts and
Hand Painted Step Stools ship at a higher rate of $10.00 per order.***
Our products can be shipped worldwide via the United States Postal Service. Please be advised that an increased shipping fee will be applied to your grand total which will be dependent upon your location. This extra fee will be calculated and added onto your grand total only after we have received your approval to do so.
Customer Guarantee and Return Policy
At "Creative Name Signs" we stand by the quality of our products. When placing an order with our company you are commissioning a one-of-a-kind piece of art that is custom made especially for you. Therefore, unless an error is made by Creative Name Signs, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We will gladly replace any product that is received in a damaged state. If this occurs, please report to us via email within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
Your invoice/packing slip will indicate how to contact us in case of a problem with your product.
