Our personalized baby keepsakes are hand painted on a piece of wood that measures 9" wide x 7" tall (the height does not include the wire). Although painted and decorated similarly please understand that each plaque is unique and created exclusively for you or your loved one. No two plaques will ever be the same and your plaque will be signed and dated by the artist

Each baby keepsake is an original hand painted plaque featuring the birth information of the new baby boy or girl along with a wire hanger and a color coordinating bow. Your plaque will be personalized with the child's name, the date of birth, the birth weight and the length. You may also include the time of birth if you choose.
